Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and resource management. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Manage all phases of the construction project, from pre-construction to completion
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on the construction site
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and progress
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential risks or issues
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using project management software
- Valid biometric passport

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this position is open to individuals of Indian nationality who have experience working in construction management.
