Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, customer service, and financial operations. The Restaurant Manager should have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure high quality food and service standards are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Knowledge of inventory management software is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Biometric passport required for international applicants
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable)
