Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and set targets in alignment with company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Train new sales employees on company products/services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a strong command of English (both written and verbal)
- No prior experience in sales required; training will be provided
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willing to relocate to Al Ahmadi and accommodation will be provided
