Experienced Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead the sales team in achieving targets and providing training and support as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable)
