Job Title: Land Surveyor

Our company, based in Beer-Sheva, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data for various construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports, maps, and drawings
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to assist in project planning and design
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for drafting maps and drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will not be provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Beer-Sheva.

This job is open to all nationalities. However, candidates must have strong proficiency in English or Hebrew. Knowledge of Malayalam or Swahili is a plus.
