As a Land Surveyor Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in conducting land surveys and preparing accurate topographic maps. You will work closely with the surveying team to collect and analyze data, operate surveying equipment, and assist in the preparation of reports and drawings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in surveying or engineering who is looking to further develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting land surveys using various instruments such as Total Stations, GPS, and LiDAR
- Record data accurately and efficiently using field notes, sketches, and electronic devices
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment
- Assist in drafting plans, maps, and other documents using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy of data
- Conduct research to obtain necessary information for surveys
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Travel to various project sites as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor or related field
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in using Total Stations, GPS receivers, and other surveying equipment
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month based on experience. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
