Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure proper functioning
- Rig loads and attach them to the crane using appropriate rigging techniques
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate lifts safely
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily equipment inspections and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot any issues with the crane and report any malfunctions or defects immediately
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed

Requirements:
- Valid license and certification as a crane operator
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating different types of cranes
- Ability to read and understand load charts
- Knowledge of rigging techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment

Salary:
$1300 per month (based on experience)
