Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. You will also work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and packages, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and packages
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Coordinate with other departments such as reservations, front desk, and food & beverage to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of market trends and competition
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish is a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Jerusalem
