Hotel Sales Manager - Jerusalem, Pakistan


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This is an urgent position that requires a candidate with prior experience in hotel sales, preferably in the luxury sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Salary: $1100/month
