Hotel Sales Manager
Our luxury hotel in the heart of Jerusalem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but we have a preference for Indian candidates with excellent English communication skills.
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Create compelling sales proposals and presentations to promote our hotel's services and amenities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential business opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings
- Regularly review pricing strategies and adjust as needed to remain competitive in the market
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with hotel operations and revenue management principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa assistance and flight ticket. This is a full-time position, but we also welcome students who are looking for part-time opportunities.
