Loader Supervisor

We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring that all shipments are loaded safely and efficiently, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Loader Supervisor will also be responsible for training new loaders, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, physical strength, and the ability to work well under pressure. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for international candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods onto trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques
- Enforce safety protocols at all times
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules
- Keep track of equipment maintenance needs and report any issues to management
- Monitor loading process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a loader or similar role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects consistently
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
