We are currently hiring for a Fitter to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components according to blueprints and technical drawings. You will also be required to troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise in the production process.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Flexible schedule with availability for overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling equipment and materials
