Radio Technician

A reputable radio station in Hawalli is seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio transmitting and receiving equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field and be familiar with various types of radio equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio transmitting and receiving equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed
- Assist in setting up and testing new radio equipment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology to make recommendations for improvements or upgrades

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas, etc.
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment and tools
- Ability to read schematics and diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Indian national preferred but not required

Salary:
Attractive salary package starting at 1000$ per month.
