Sales Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and oversee their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective promotional materials
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products or services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of market research techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluency in English is required
Salary:
1800$ per month
