A reputable floral company in Salalah is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. This position is perfect for those with a passion for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the floral industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This is a contract role with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Create and arrange floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly care for flowers to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to come up with creative ideas for new arrangements
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Florist or in the floral industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create unique floral designs
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and willingness to learn new techniques

Preferred:
- Degree or certification in Floral Design or related field
- Knowledge of different cultures' flower preferences
- Experience working with wedding/event planners
- Ability to speak multiple languages

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Salalah

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent employment)
