Job Title: Machine Operator


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Muscat. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred:
- Experience operating specific types of machinery (e.g. CNC, injection molding, etc.)
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation or related field

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates should already have housing arrangements in Muscat. This position is open for all levels, but experience and proficiency will be taken into consideration during the selection process.
