Rental Agent

We are a rental company located in Zagreb, seeking a Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and managing rental agreements. This includes processing rental applications, collecting payments, and coordinating vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess strong organizational abilities. Previous experience in the rental industry is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no experience necessary. However, candidates must hold a valid biometric passport and be able to work under pressure as some urgent situations may arise. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are looking for an English-speaking job opportunity in Zagreb.
