IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced and driven IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems, networks, and devices. This position is based in Siauliai and is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's technology systems.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department including budgeting, resource allocation, and team management.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company's IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of information technology systems, networks, security protocols, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. Other benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not mandatory but considered an advantage. The ability to communicate effectively in English will be beneficial for collaborating with international colleagues.
