IT Manager


We are currently looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is an urgent job opportunity with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT department
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Create and manage IT budget and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working with cloud-based systems (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Project management experience
