Machine Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining various types of machinery, as well as a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with free accommodation, visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of machine performance and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for long periods of standing and operating machinery

Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with different types of machinery (e.g. CNC machines, presses, lathes)
