Arabic Interpreter


As an Arabic Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing accurate verbal translations between English and Arabic for clients in various settings. This may include legal proceedings, medical appointments, business meetings, and other events. You will need to have a strong command of both languages and be able to accurately convey meaning and tone in translation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site interpretation services between English and Arabic speakers
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in translations
- Maintain confidentiality and neutrality in all interpretations
- Familiarize yourself with specialized terminology related to the specific setting or topic of interpretation
- Communicate any cultural or linguistic nuances that may affect understanding
- Take notes and provide written translations when necessary
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with a deep understanding of grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and idiomatic expressions
- Strong verbal communication skills in both languages
- Ability to quickly process information and convey it accurately in the target language
- Familiarity with different dialects of Arabic preferred
- Previous experience as an interpreter or in a related field is a plus but not required
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for assignments

Salary:
$1800 per month (full-time)
