Merchandiser


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Vianden. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company. You will also be in charge of creating visual displays, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that our product inventory is well-stocked. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. We welcome Nepali candidates who are fluent in English and have experience in merchandising. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Create attractive visual displays to promote products
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for increased revenue
- Monitor competitor’s pricing and promotions
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and improve product availability
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of current market trends in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with merchandising software is a plus
- Nepali nationality preferred
