Miner Engineer


We are hiring a skilled Miner Engineer to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Miner Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maximizing efficiency. You will also be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing improvement strategies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mining Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Fluency in Croatian is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

As a Miner Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and managing mining operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting inspections and analyzing data
- Implementing improvement strategies
- Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to optimize production processes
- Maintaining equipment and machinery
- Training and supervising staff
- Reporting on production progress and potential issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (i.e. AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in Croatian is preferred, but not required
