We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, as well as providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot computer systems issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain system security by implementing appropriate measures
- Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, networking, and other related issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth integration of new systems or updates
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
