Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, with the option for accommodation if needed. Biometric passport is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and organizing.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a professional working environment.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
