IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Los Angeles. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. Your main duties will include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, installing and configuring computer systems and software, and maintaining hardware and software inventory.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolution to their issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer competitive salary of $1300/month for this full-time position. This position does not include accommodation.
