Carpenter in Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Your role will involve cutting, shaping and fitting materials according to detailed specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, scales or marking gauges
- Operate power saws, planers, jointers, routers and other woodworking equipment
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames or doors
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged or defective parts
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Strong knowledge of wood properties
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Own tools are preferred but not required
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
