Collections Agent

The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. They will be required to contact customers via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans and resolve any issues related to overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have experience in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers. The Collections Agent should also have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with debt collection software is preferred. This is a full-time position located in Bungoma, with a salary of $1200 per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply, but Nepali candidates are preferred. No English language skills are required for this role, but previous experience in a similar position is necessary. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates who require it.
