Collector - Bungoma, Egypt



We are seeking a Collector to join our team in Bungoma, Egypt. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of their outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay in full
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or errors
- Work closely with the accounting team to resolve any payment issues
- Provide regular updates on collection activities to management
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns related to payments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, additional languages are a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1700 per month.
