Sales Manager - Ar-Ruwais, India
We are in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and negotiate contracts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and sales data
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
Location:
This is a contract position based in Ar-Ruwais, India. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but prefer candidates with Indian nationality.
