Indian Sales Manager in Ar-Ruwais
Our company, a leading sales and distribution company in Ar-Ruwais, is seeking an experienced and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving overall sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to drive sales initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the distribution industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the Ar-Ruwais region
- Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred
