Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Bayan, Kuwait. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of the construction project from start to finish. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with project management software
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track with project deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Communicate project updates regularly to all stakeholders including clients
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project
