Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Albena. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high quality customer service, and maintaining a profitable business. The ideal candidate must have experience in Indian cuisine and a strong understanding of restaurant management. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure high quality service and efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Create work schedules for staff and manage payroll
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management, specifically in Indian cuisine
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
