Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are in search of a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in the beautiful coastal city of Albena. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality food and beverages in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any special requests or modifications
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with setup/clean up before and after service
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile cash drawer at the end of shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $900 per month (plus tips)
