Job Title: Collector for Debt Collection Agency in Pula, Croatia


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collector to join our debt collection agency in Pula, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting debtors and negotiating payment plans, while adhering to local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding debts
- Explain the terms of repayment and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on missed payments
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive debtor relations
- Collaborate with legal team when necessary to escalate collection efforts
- Keep up-to-date with local laws and regulations related to debt collection
- Report regularly on collection activities and progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to debt collection
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
