Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. Your main goal will be to ensure timely payments and maintain positive relationships with customers. You will work closely with the finance team to monitor accounts and identify delinquent accounts. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to negotiate payment plans. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Previous experience in collections or a similar role is preferred.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Experience in collections or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Must be legally authorized to work in Croatia without sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, or mail regarding outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up on collections progress
- Communicate with the finance team on delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity
