Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (Moscow)



We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team and oversee the preparation and execution of authentic Pakistani cuisine in our restaurant located in Moscow. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus featuring traditional Pakistani dishes with a modern twist
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions or special menus to attract customers
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and ordering of supplies for the kitchen
- Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and ingredients related to Pakistani cuisine

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant serving Pakistani cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes with a creative approach to modernizing them
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven ability to maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary:
$1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Moscow (candidates from other countries are welcome to apply as long as they are legally authorized to work in Russia)
