Architecture Manager

A fast-growing architecture firm in Chelyabinsk is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team of designers and architects. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from initial concept development to final construction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our designs meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of designers and architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is being carried out according to plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations in Chelyabinsk
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.
