As one of the leading architecture firms in the city, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to lead our team and oversee all architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each project
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction completion
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience working on large-scale projects is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about architecture and possess strong leadership skills.
