We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve any issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, be proficient with online platforms, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Applicants must have their own visa and be able to work without accommodation. Salary is 1100$ per month. This job is open to Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various online platforms
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with products, services, and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with online platforms (e.g., social media, chat support)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
