Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Nairobi

We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Nairobi. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests by assisting with their needs and requests during their stay. This includes making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the surrounding area. Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred. Foreigners are welcome to apply, as we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Fluency in English is not required but will be considered an advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience to enter the hospitality industry and gain valuable skills while working in a beautiful city like Nairobi.
