We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in El-Ain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair for creating new and delicious baked goods while also adhering to traditional recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and bake ingredients according to recipes
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate baked goods with glazes, icings, or other toppings
- Clean work area and equipment after each use

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques and measurements
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in developing new baked goods
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred:
- Culinary degree or certification in Baking or Pastry Arts
- Experience with different types of doughs (yeast, laminated)
- Familiarity with various baking equipment (commercial ovens, mixers)

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
