Loader Operator


We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. Your main duties will include inspecting equipment, maintaining and repairing machinery, and ensuring safety regulations are followed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience operating loaders. A valid driver's license and biometric passport are also required. Additionally, we prefer candidates who are physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

As a Loader Operator, you must have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to operate machinery with precision. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with other team members. A strong attention to detail is crucial in this role as safety is our top priority.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move materials around construction sites
- Inspect equipment for any potential issues or malfunctions
- Maintain and repair machinery as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment

Requirements:
