Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials. Your duties may include inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and following safety procedures. You must have strong mechanical skills and the ability to operate various types of loaders. This is a contract job suitable for men with their own visa. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and excavators
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report any issues or concerns with equipment or materials to supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Valid license to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures at all times
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively work within a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time. You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, so you must be prepared for hot temperatures, rain, wind, etc. You will also be required to lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
