Merchandiser Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Merchandiser Assistant in Bayan, Kuwait. In this role, you will work closely with the Merchandiser to support the planning and execution of merchandising strategies for our company. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency, making it suitable for freshers or non-native speakers. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandiser in creating and implementing merchandising plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Prepare reports on sales performance and product feedback
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper display of products
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandise transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Biometric passport
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred)
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed
