Office Assistant (Part-time)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth running of our office. Your main duties will include handling incoming calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general office tasks as needed. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time employment in the future.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Prior experience in an office environment is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or person
- Greeting visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with data entry, typing, photocopying, and other general office tasks as needed
