Office Assistant - Indian Nationals (Hawalli)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, as well as previous experience in an office setting. As this role requires visa sponsorship, candidates must also have a valid visa for working in Hawalli. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact with clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid visa for working in Hawalli
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary: 1400$ per month.
