Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide data for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in using surveying equipment and software, as well as knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to gather data
- Analyze survey data and create maps, reports, and drawings
- Ensure accurate measurements and calculations are taken
- Research land records and legal documents
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have a biometric passport from Pakistan or India.
