Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Khasab. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders from guests and input them into the POS system accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper order accuracy and timely service
- Assist in setting up tables, including arranging table settings and decorations as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (Filipino language skills is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided depending on performance.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Khasab. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Oman.
