Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vianden. This is a full-time position, suitable for men with a valid biometric passport. Our company offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping the land, providing essential data for construction, engineering, and land development projects. Your duties will include using surveying instruments and technology to collect data, analyzing the data to create maps and reports, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in surveying or a related field, as well as several years of experience in land surveying. You should also possess strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with surveying software and equipment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
- Record accurate measurements of distances, angles, elevations, and boundaries
- Create maps and reports using specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with team members including engineers and architects to ensure accurate data collection
- Maintain survey equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites
- Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or GIS software preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for measurement calculations
- Excellent communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid biometric passport and willingness to relocate to Vianden, Luxembourg
